Master Bot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Master Discord bot.

What the bot does

Master Bot is used for server moderation and community management. It provides moderation commands, warnings, mutes, bans, verification, role management, tickets, anti-spam checks, scam-link detection, message edit/delete logs, join/leave logs, voice logs, member update logs, and channel/ticket archiving.

Data processed

The bot may process:

• Discord user IDs
• Discord usernames and server nicknames
• Discord role information
• Moderator IDs
• Warning reasons, timestamps, and penalty points
• Message content and message attachments for moderation, anti-spam, anti-scam, deleted/edited message logs, and channel/ticket archives
• Join/leave events
• Voice channel join/leave/move events
• Role, nickname, and avatar changes

How data is used

Data is used only for:

• server moderation
• verification and role management
• warning and penalty point tracking
• spam and scam-link detection
• ticket handling
• staff-only moderation review
• appeals and abuse investigation

Data storage

Moderation warning records may be stored in the bot database. These records may include user ID, moderator ID, reason, start time, end time, and penalty points.

Message logs and ticket/channel archives may be sent to private staff-only Discord channels.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data.

Data is not shared with third parties except when required by law or necessary to operate the bot through Discord.

Message content and AI training

Message content is not used for machine learning or AI model training.

Data deletion

Users may request deletion of stored moderation data by contacting the server administration.
